What we built

Tasks fired in the wrong order, failed silently, and never quite became a process. Volume made the gaps obvious: no retries, no owner, no connection to the systems that already held the data.

We sequenced the work, added fault tolerance, and connected existing tools. Workflow orchestration here is AI automation with a job — OpenAI, Claude, and Node.js behind steps operations can see and restart.
